Cooked and… washed? The dishwasher diet

Who knows, maybe instead of leaving cars at home on Sundays, soon you could help the environment by cooking in your dishwasher. Cooking increases CO2 level but someone has found the solution. Lisa Canali wrote “Cooking in the dishwasher”. How does it work? It’s quite simple: make your dish, season it and then put it into a sealed plastic bag. Put your meal with your dirty crockery in the dishwasher, push the ON button, wait for a few minutes and… dinner is served!

Advantages? First you will save 9-14% both in water and energy if you do it once a week – 52-57% if you make your dinner that way four times a week.

Disadvantages? None, and non danger of harmful substances in your food – the system has been tested by experts.

On top of that, no more smells and dirty pans in the kitchen and less time wasted preparing your meals.
