It was crouched in midfield and in poor condition. Two volunteers of ENPA Monza and Brianza rescued a mute swan near Biassono.
The animal, a male specimen was spotted early morning by the town brigades. When the volunteers approached the swan, they noticed it couldn’t move nor fly and so was taken to an appropriate structure. The swan was fed and freed the following day.
Thereafter the protection agency (ENPA) appealed to all citizens of Biassono and neighbouring towns for information as to the swan’s precise former habitat, where they presume its mate is, so that they could be reunited.
